I enjoy spending time with my family. I have been married to my husband and best friend for 20 years. We enjoy traveling, skiing, snorkeling, fishing, and any adventure as long as it's together.

Mission Statement:
Grangerland Intermediate accepts all children as individuals
and provides educational opportunities which will empower
them to reach their personal best.

My Background:
I grew up in the Grangerland community and graduated from Conroe High School in 1992. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in mathematics and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University. I began teaching at San Jacinto Elementary and enjoyed every moment of teaching. I taught second, third, and fourth grade for six years.

I believe in hard work and if you set your mind on something, you can accomplish anything. I came to Grangerland Intermediate as Assistant Principal in 2006. I enjoy working and making a difference in the  community where I grew up and my education started.

In 2013-2014, I was awarded Assistant Principal of the Year for District 6 through the Texas Education Principals and Supervisers Association.
